Want a shirt?

I realized that on August 26th of this year this blog has been up for twelve years.

Can't let that go by, am I right?

So leave me a comment with your t shirt size and favorite colors and I'll have 'my' kids draw a number sometime in the next week. If your number is the one drawn, I'll send you a tie dyed shirt and a pair or two of socks to go with it.

As soon as I dye some stuff, that is.

But hey, twelve years.
I have had a lot to say over those years.
And there are a couple of you who've been with me since the beginning.

So yeah. Want a tie dyed shirt?

  1. I love entering contests and raffles. Once won a rickshaw (!!) at my dad's annual fishing club banquet (only time families were invited), and a few years back before she exploded in popularity Pioneer Woman sent me an espresso maker. But I have nothing tie-dyed, am XL and love blues and greens, with a splash of yellow. If I win. :-) fingers and toes and eyes crossed.

    1. I've never met anyone who won a rickshaw. :-D

I corresponded with PW for awhile. Also before she got big big big. We talked about homeschooling.

  3. I've been enjoying your blog for years (perhaps not as many as 12, however), and I enjoy your writing very much. I'd love blues and greens in a medium.

    1. Blue and green is my personal favorite color combination, too.

I enjoy writing. So it's a bonus that other people enjoy what I write. :) Thanks for reading.

  4. large unisex probably. let's see orange? my oldest daughter is still wearing the orange turtle tee you made her, oh I dont know 5? years ago. lol. I told her she should probably pass it down. she hugs it to herself.. guess she's not ready to let go. By next year it will definitely be too small.

    1. I don't even know what I have on hand color-wise. But I'm a couple weeks away from being able to dye, life is busy right now.

      Always nutty when school starts.

  6. As per some of your replies I dont have anything tie dyed either. Although plenty of the tee's I wear for work are cover in selants, caulk, paint and glue. I look more like a colour chart than a piece of art :)
I emailed you a while back but no reply? leave a comment on my blog and I'll resend. I've got moderating switched on so it will only get seen by me and deleted straight away :)

My son is twelve... (well, for another four weeks or so), congratulations but also thank you for the writing and tips and information and being cool you. Live too far for t-shirts and socks (have way too many as well), but a nicely crafted postcard is always welcome...

    1. Huh. I'd give Eric's left nut to be wearing medium.

    1. Not too late, haven't even thought about it lately, too crazy in my regular life. Sorry about the hospital stay, I hope you're feeling better now.
