A. Day. Off.

Well, not entirely off. I mean, I'm a little off every day. But that's not what I'm talking about.

When I made the appointment we commented how funny it was that she was having an appointment 11/11 at 11.

I see the doctor at 3 about my knee.

In between is a trip to a craft store.
Our family refers to it as Crap Whorehouse, but the sign outside says Craft Warehouse.

I will also go back out to Sprawlmart to buy some ink cartridges. When I was in there on Friday, I had the number from the printer, but not the number on the cartridges. Dammit.

It amazes me that you can seriously buy a whole printer for just a little more than the ink refills. So strange.

As I write this tonight I am arguing with a sore throat. (NO! GO AWAY!!) and a little fever. On the good side, the congestion I had with the cold is about 90% gone and I can breathe again. And sing.

I've been having a great time driving to and from work, belting out songs from the 70s and 80s. I have downloaded the karaoke versions of a bunch of them, and since it's dark early in the morning when I go to work, and dark when I drive home, I don't even have to worry about looking foolish. Not that I do. Worry, I mean. The part about looking foolish? Yeah, probably. But I'm having too much fun to care.

Drawing some tangly stuff on a birthday card, waiting for the laundry to finish washing so I can toss a load in the dryer, and watching the clock. Don't want to be up too late, as it makes me feel crappy the next day.

But I don't have to get up at 5. And I appreciate the hell out of that.

I am going to ::gasp:: turn of the computer and go to bed. Only an hour later than usual.
