this post missing

Had one ready to go here. For some reason, my instincts told me that it wasn't a good idea to post it.

I'm used to listening to those little brain guys. They conference off in some little corner room, and most of the time, I never hear from them. Not sure what they're doing in there, but as long as no smells come from under the door, and I hear no screaming, I mostly leave them alone.

And they leave ME alone, too. Except they were nagging me tonight.

So I don't have much to say after all. Soon.

  1. Would you call that censorship? Nah, you had your reasons.

Yeah, I know that feeling too... I'm like, "Must... say... this!" Then I write it out and go, "Nah. Delete."

I don't know why. Better safe than sorry?

  3. Right now, the voices in my head are telling me not to go to work. Sadly, I told them to shuddup and started delegating tasks to them already.

I think a strike is looming.

  4. I've had those same voices tell me that same thing four or five times, and mostly I ignored them. I probably would have been better off listening to them, so good for you. It's always easier to not do something than it is to UNdo something.

  5. Yeah. I have the same voices that live here too. Blessings

  6. I'm usually their slave as well, but I chafe. They filter out most of the foolishness, but they keep a tight rein on the brilliance too. I need all the brilliance I can muster.

  8. You'll be glad for their nagging in the long run - wish mine nagged BEFORE I launch off, I really should give up and sack them altogether..!

  9. That happened ONCE so far and it was months before I decided it was time to post that Draft.
    The mind....knows.

  10. Self censorship can be a good thing, but usually it just deprives the hungry masses (me) of brilliance (you). :)
