The knee is a lot better. Less water, so better range of motion. The whole physical therapy thing actually works! Who knew?
I've been faithfully doing all my little exercises. I'm surprised that I can see so much improvement.
Eric and Matt were home before noon yesterday, and everything they took with them was wet. Seems our weather forecast was slightly off. It rained and rained.
Better them than me. :)
I'm glad that Matt and his dad have the relationship they have. I'm also really glad that I did not go camping this weekend.
Lyssa helped me make a new display board for work. Photos of what we've been up to in our little program.
I get to meet an online friend from Florida today. We've known each other for 10? years or so online, and she's visiting the area with her family.
You know, my alarm clock still has never gone off with this new schedule? I get up before it happens and get moving.
But I will NEVER go to bed without setting it, even if I am able to wake up like that for five years in a row.
Other than that I have nothing exciting today.
Off to work.
How exciting to meet someone from far away, that you have known online for so long. I have caught up on all your posts and got distracted reading N's biking posts. You should have known I would be hooked. Too funny about the 9 year old not knowing certain things. Frankly it is a shame, but now she knows. Funny about the physio guy and your daughter's constant questioning. Sounds like you guys have as much fun around there as we do around here. Lately ours has been the number of spankings and the drop in IQ it has caused.
ReplyDeleteI am glad the physio is working, we may consider it for our son's back but first we are working with the chiropractor. I don't think I would go camping this time of year either; much too cold here for sure.
I am SO glad you're seeing improvement in your knee!!! Maybe you won't end up having to have surgery on it, if the healing keeps up! :o)

ReplyDeleteI'm like you. I set my alarm, but always manage to wake up before it goes off. Usually at 7:59 a.m. It is set for 8:00 a.m. LOL
