I think this is what happened...

My liver was on high alert/super processing mode due to the massive amounts of aspirin, Excedrin, and water that kept coming through. (I'm out of anything stronger... note to self: call the doctor, willya?)

You'd think that my liver crew would figure out that they were the last chance to distribute the medication before it was permanently filtered out and sent to pollute our water supply.

But the Head Liver guy is new, (the old one was promoted to Colon Patrol) and I think he didn't know how to get the last chance distribution network up and running. Instead, he sent the abrasive and angular fairy that lives in the corner behind his desk to distribute the medicine. (She's a close relative of the bald and furtive little dwarf in the back of my head that gives me my take on today's news headlines.)

I can visualize her now, twitching and jerking her way through my body, sprinkling drugs in all the wrong places. It would explain why nothing but my head hurts... because by the time she got to my head, her little bucket was empty.

Either that or the
Snarling Warthog of Doom scared her when she traveled too close to the inside of my ears and got hit by the noise.

I have to say I feel a little better this morning.
I'm sure a shower will help me on my way.
If not, oh well.
Things to do, places to go, people to see.

Okay, I'm really sorry you're feeling bad... but I laughed so hard reading this, I think I might have spit some tea on my keyboard. :) Thanks for the perfect wake up post. This was beautiful.

    Get well...

Headaches are terrible things. I have been fighting them all week myself.
