Well, if you like bad jokes...

 There's this, which I swiped from FB this evening.

I will be visiting Dr. Ird on Friday morning. First (and last) time I'll be seeing her since the 'let's try to kill this patient' extravaganza in July.

I don't trust her anymore.

I have to see her because I need a prescription filled and can't get in to see my choice of a new doctor at a totally different clinic until mid-October.

As you can imagine, I'm not thrilled at having to do this. I'm actually kinda pissed. But it will give me an opportunity to tell her a few things that she probably doesn't want to hear.

::sigh:::

I'd rather stay home and put bad jokes on my blog.

  1. When I toot, no one stays calm. Good luck with the doc. HEY! Eat some White Castles a couple of hours before you go and give her a toot.

    1. Meh, too early in the morning for that.

  2. I'm guessing she isn't looking forward to it either ~ equate it to taking her "medicine", lol.

    1. I don't know how much she knows about everything that happened. I have reached the 'not as pissed' stage, but I doubt I'll ever get to the 'well, I guess you meant well' stage.

    1. I was nicer than I needed to be, I think.
      She still doesn't get it, or worse she *does* and thinks it's okay to do the equivalent of 'I'm sorry you feel that way'.

  4. Or you can take her some White Castles too. Then you can have a toot in common.

    1. You're overestimating my generosity. By a LOT.

  5. Must be the inspiration for the NFL using recorded sound to simulate crowds in their empty stadiums.

    1. I'm not sure how well I did with that. I'm a lot better in writing when I have time to consider everything I want to say and then change it as many times as I need to before hitting send.

  7. Hope it went well, Ami.
