Enough to make *anyone* Groucho

I'm sorry, couldn't resist that topic line.
I also considered and rejected, 'found this while I was BROWSing the internet'
(Sorry.)

This poor lady got ripped off.
The 'artist' who did the work was embarrassingly awful in her response to the person she wronged. On her instagram, she showed other examples of what she claims were her work that were okay, followed the shape of the person's brow line and didn't look like caterpillars bristling on their foreheads.

Didn't she realize that people could see the results of the crap job she did?

She should have admitted she messed up and immediately refunded this lady's money, too.

Instead she acted like a complete asshole,  responding in a mean-spirited way and including in her PUBLIC response that her client was a recovering addict.

I'd think the victim of the ripoff could get her money back in small claims court, but I don't know how anything in the legal system actually works. It seems worth a try to me.

I feel really sorry for Shannon Bozell, the person who is suffering through this. If you click on the link you can see the series of photos she posted, including the blisters she suffered when the 'artist' was trying correct the mess.

What a horrible thing.

  3. I'm sorry. I can't read the account. Just the idea that she screwed up the woman's brows that badly and her defense is that the woman is a recovering addict is all I need to know. Would it be okay if the woman was a recovering cancer patient or had MS? That is despicable. I hope she loses her license before she harms someone else.

    1. A recovering addict who's been clean for more than NINE YEARS!! The 'defense' was that she was angry so she may have said things she shouldn't. 'Cause poor her, someone pointed out what an awful job she'd done. I can't believe she didn't just own up. "Yes, I messed up and I'm really sorry. I'll give you your money back." Then she could have OFFERED to try to fix, but speaking only for myself, there is no way in hell I'd let her touch me again. Good god.

  4. WTF is wrong with people. I know, I know, rhetorical.
her past or addiction has nothing to do with the horrible work this woman did to her. I don't care if she was on the pole during the day and on her back to be paid at night. It doesn't matter.

    1. I looked her up on FB. She has posted her story with the caveat so familiar to people who always put themselves last... 'I NEVER spend money on myself'. Makes me even more angry on her behalf. I briefly considered messaging her with moral support, but that's just weird.

I just can't believe the bitch didn't just refund her money and offer to pay for her choice of ANYWHERE to get it fixed!!!

  5. Wow, yeah I'd be taking her to court for doing that to me.

  6. Not taking responsibility for your mistakes, probably one of the most common issues society has these days. It might be worth small claims court just to bring her down a notch.
