A man was driving along a highway and saw a pastel pink rabbit hopping along the side of the road and carrying a basket full of colorful eggs.
As he drove past, the rabbit jumped out across the middle of the road.
He swerved to avoid hitting it, but unfortunately he ran over it.
The driver, a sensitive man as well as an animal lover, pulled over and got out to see if the rabbit had survived.
Much to his dismay, the rabbit was dead.
The driver felt so awful that he began to cry.
A woman was driving down the highway and saw the man crying on the side of the road. She pulled over, stepped out of her car and asked the man what happened.
"I feel terrible," he exclaims,"I killed the Easter bunny!!"She ran to her car and pulled out a spray can. She walked over to the limp, dead rabbit, bent down, and sprayed the contents onto the rabbit
The woman said, "Don't worry. I know what to do."
The rabbit jumped up, gathered the contents of the basket, hooked the handle over his arm, waved its paw at the two of them and hopped off down the road.
Ten feet away the rabbit stopped, turned around, waved again. He hopped down the road another 10 feet, stopped, turned and waved again. He continued doing that until he hopped out of sight.
The man was astonished.
He ran over to the woman and asked, "What was in that can? What did you spray on that rabbit!?"
The woman turned the can around so that the man could read the label. It said...
Hair Spray — Restores life to dead hair, and adds permanent wave.
