I'm just too busy with this and that to keep up here. I plan to manage a post by next weekend, but until then, I hope you and yours have a lovely holiday season, no matter how you celebrate.
I'll be eating a big turkey dinner (only I won't be eating turkey... blech) and spending time with people I love. What can be better than that?
Your immune system will also enjoy the break away from the daily germ vectors.
ReplyDeleteOr as I call them, the germy, sugar-eating, butt-picking, coughing little bacteria factories.
DeleteEnjoy! I hope you enjoy it all...even if it's not turkey (we aren't having turkey either).
ReplyDeleteYes, it was nice. Saw my parent. Dad isn't well and we needed to go. It's a long trip and I'm tired now that we're home. But I'm glad we went.
DeleteHappy Holidays, heck, Merry Christmas back at ya'!
ReplyDeleteThank you! It was nice to see my parents. but it's a long trip and my nose always bleeds from the dryness.
DeleteI'm with you on the turkey! (YUK)
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!!
I'm allergic to it, I figured it out ages ago,but I also absolutely hate the smell. Blech.
DeleteMerry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteI hope you and yours had a lovely one, too. I'm glad to have it over, even though we don't do a lot of decorating or celebrating, it's hectic that time of year.
DeleteWe do a lovely beef tenderloin for Christmas. Turkey for Thanksgiving is all the turkey I need for a long time.
ReplyDeleteWe went shopping at Freddy's for Thanksgiving and bought a fresh turkey. But if one spent 150 dollars, a free FROZEN turkey was tossed into the cart, too. So we took the free turkey to John Day with us. Quite entertaining, we defrosted it inside three trash bags in the bathtub.LOL
