And on April 1st, I sent this email to the big fish. We were set to meet on the following Tuesday.
And we did.
For two hours.
Nothing that I am aware of was taken care of. Twatwaffle was left in her position and Fluffy protected her.

Twatwaffle's program is still being held up as a paragon, something we all should aspire to. She worships curriculum and she worships Fluffy. So apparently we need to be more like her.

I don't know... I think being an asshole and treating children like shit should be against the rules. Silly me.

I happen to know that our state licenser was notified about the issues as well, although I can't tell you who made that call. I know that she investigated, but I can't tell you the outcome, either.

All I know is that Twatwaffle, that pinnacle of perfection, is still working for the company, still responsible for children. Still bringing in food and candy and soda and eating/drinking in front of the kids. Still arrogant. Still nasty. She's a pig. She asked another site director for narcotics approximately eleven seconds after meeting her, she invited people to a sex toy party (and I don't care about what she does in her off time... what I care about is the fact that she is not behaving appropriately during work time WITH CHILDREN)...

This is the type of 'friend' that Fluffy has hired. There are other assholes, too. This one is just the worst of the bunch.

I learned yesterday that Twatwaffle is emotionally abusing children. Yelling at them. Humiliating them. Using peer pressure (Okay now NO ONE can go outside because JOE chose to argue with me, so you can thank JOE for having to stay in from recess).

She took a piece of paper from a FIVE YEAR OLD who was 'making a origami' for Anya, a site assistant, and ripped it up in front of his face, telling him, "YOU WILL NOT MAKE AIRPLANES HERE!"

Anya said he was crying and shaking and was completely ignored in his anguish.

This is child abuse.

It is morally reprehensible.

The person doing it should not be around children in any capacity.

The people who know about it and say nothing are complicit in the abuse.

It needs to stop TODAY. This person is not safe around children and Tuesday may be too late. She has been allowed to get away with this for too long.

Anya said she would talk to anyone and sign anything to get this person stopped.

Children inTwatwaffle's "care" are not safe.

Emotional abuse can't be overlooked.

This is in email form for two reasons.

One, I am so angry I don't know if I can speak rationally about it right now.

Two, it's now in writing. So it's now a legal document.

He responded with some stuff about how seriously things like that are taken and assured me that he'd look into it.

Of course he contacted Fluffy first. And someone who's been a lying asswipe as long as she has is accustomed to thinking on her feet. I have no idea what she said to him, but I'm pretty sure it was along the lines of how wonderful Twatwaffle is.

Makes me want to puke, if you should wonder.
