According to the guy at the car repair place we should have our car back on Wednesday.
But of course these are the same people who 'left us messages' about the car.
So we'll see.
Meanwhile, I involved our agent and some person at the main office, too. I wouldn't have minded if the car repair place said, "Hey, we goofed, sorry about that." But no. They wanted to insist that they'd called and left messages. They tried very hard to call me!!
I went in this morning without Eric, he was swamped at work and said he would take time off if I needed him to, but I figured I could handle things on my own.
They were nice enough, but still wouldn't admit they never called me. I can't imagine why my car sat there for 10 days without an estimate or a phone call. Hopefully the repairs will be properly done and it will be a long, long time before I have to deal with something like this again.
So Wednesday is the day.
Meanwhile, I have that lazily revolving pressure in the center of my head that can turn into a migraine, although it's a little soon since the last one and I'm fervently hoping that's not going to happen.
It would be silly for me to sit here in front of the computer when I've got that pressure thing, though. Computer almost always makes things worse.
Pretend like this was a post.
frustrating! Hope it gets sorted out soon, and I hope the migraine went away
ReplyDeleteDoesn't matter if the migraine goes away. There's always another one to take its place. ::sigh::
DeleteHope they are better at fixing the car than they are at communicating!
ReplyDeleteThey did a good job on the car. Their communication skills could use a lot of work.
