Been tangling and doing laundry and dishes and organizing a bit of this and that.
Took Lyssa to get a heater for her fish tank today, and stopped by JoAnn. Usually right after Christmas one can grab a few crafty things at a really cheap price for the next year... but I didn't find anything I couldn't live without.
I did buy some wooden beads to make elf heads, though. I have a link around here somewhere to make little beaded elves. They're adorable, and we didn't do them this year because I didn't have everything I needed... including time to do them.
Anyway. Laundry. Changed the bed. Ran the dishwasher.
I work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday this week. I've gotten spoiled by not having to be up at 5. I will be a whiny little bitch next week when the 5 AM mornings start again, I'm sure.
I took down our little itty bitty Christmas tree today. The tablecloth is in the dryer and I'll toss that back into its box tomorrow. Then Christmas will officially be over. Except for spending a little of our Christmas money. That just never gets old. :)
What are you up to?
I'm anxious to begin 2014. Hoping to move to new place. Gave our tree to Goodwill, will have less space next year. Packing, planning--so much to do! Your day sounds very productive. I like boring, says no drama. :)
