Frosty!

I have the company camera at work. It did not come with a memory card, so I took the one out of my own camera and put it in so I could take some photos.

So MY camera, the one the card belongs to, is empty.

So today's photo was taken with my cell phone. I took Lyssa to physical therapy, and we suddenly, about a block away, hit a completely frosted world. It was really beautiful, and only in that small pocket of Portland.

I really wish I'd had my good camera.

I DO have it here at home. And the tie dye stuff is DONE. So tomorrow's post will be all about photos of the latest stuff. Eric watched me making preparations to dye last week and raised a sardonic eyebrow... "Running low on tie dye?"

He doesn't love it. I do.

  1. Sure wish that picture was bigger, but what I can see is definitely frosty looking.

    1. I enlarged it 200%. Don't have a good camera in my phone. The trees in the distance and one of the tall buildings of Portland were all frosty, too.

I can't carry my big camera everywhere I go, I'd either get it stolen or I'd drop it or some damn thing, but photo ops like that one are rare, dammit.

  2. I am amazed at the cameras that the iPhones have in them...

    That's a great photo!

How is everything going for you??

    1. No iPhone here... I don't have a smart phone, still using my stupid one, although Verizon says I can upgrade and they keep panting after me, trying to get me to do exactly that.

Everything is good here. Your socks are done. :)

  4. pretty shot! nice of you to share your memory card, too bad you didn't have your camera though. Glad even though he doesn't like it , your hubby supports your dyeing

  5. Beautifully frosty! Nice to see a little of your world. Those trees are fantastic. I've got some kind of a tree fetish. JUST LOVE THEM. With leaves and without.
