Sunday morning the dog is... well, back to being doggish. Still pretty lame. Moving slow. But happy to greet her family members as we wander out of our respective sleeping caves into the communal areas. Tail wagging. Still very NOT normal.
But Eric says he's not ready to make that decision while she still is capable of being happy and, well, herself.
I can't make that decision alone, of course, and I really don't want to.
But thanks for all the good wishes and advice. I wish it weren't so difficult.
Annnnd. Sunday night.
Lying down in bedroom. Another round of emptying her entire body. Shaking. Panting. Completely out of it. It's 8:30 now. I have a feeling it will be a long night.
We will be taking her in tomorrow. Which is today as you read this. If she survives all night.
This is so hard.
:(
God bless you and give you peace.
