Not the way I used to. And as I've mentioned, I can usually derail the crazy train with a little effort.
What am I obsessing about, you ask?
The cortisone injection I'm going to have in my left knee today.
Would YOU be looking forward to it?
Now I have hopes that it will help. I am tired of my knee(s) hurting.
I have to admit that the left one, although still bothersome, is nothing compared to the new injury at this point.
I've been braced up and crutching etc... seems to help.
But I know I'll be awake worrying over the injection. And I'm not even afraid of needles anymore. Been stuck by too many of them. But this is a whole new animal.
So I will try to come back and update later. Or tomorrow.
::sigh::
Ouch. Good luck.
ReplyDeleteHope it all works out! I know it will.
ReplyDeleteHugs to you.
ReplyDeleteYou know, just this afternoon, I was looking forward to 6 (!) injection in my hands. I do hate them but the payoff is usually realllllly nice. I'm cheering you on and hope it does the trick.
ReplyDeleteAnd they numb the injection sight for you right????? YES, YES, YES!!!
xo jj
I can't count how many times I was poked while I was in the hospital but I STILL hate needles, (((hugs))) to you hope it goes well.
ReplyDeleteHope it went well. Been there, done that. The shot should ease your pain, but GETTING the shot is a bitch!
