Nothing to say

And not much time to not say it.

Lyssa was tired and in pain when she went to bed last night. I don't know how she's doing this morning, because if I go in to check on her, I will wake her up, and I don't want to interrupt her sleep. I know the more she sleeps the faster she'll heal.

I have to get to the grocery store this morning, but first need to stop by the place that's handling our refinance. They have our estimate ready.
How come trying to save cash costs so much money?

I read a quote a couple weeks ago and can't find it now. I've tried variations on Google but can't seem to get it right. Something like, "If your God hates all the same people you do, your religion is man-made."
Ring any bells?

Been working on the typing practice. I'm still not superfast with the random letter/number combinations, but I can see definite improvement. I'd like to be a little more consistent with the practice.

Plans for the weekend include staying off my feet as much as I can. Knees are still not 100%. In fact, if I had to assign a percentage to them, I'd say they're operating at about 75%. Not great.

I learned the other day, though, that if I take three Bufferin just before I head out for work, it helps a LOT with the inflammation.

I'm working on a generic invitation for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. The party is planned for August 8th. I really need to get something in writing and get it sent out. Just one more thing on my list of 'what can I do while sitting?'

Have a happy Friday.

  3. I hope Lyssa feels better and you keep getting better as well. You both need lots of relaxing!

I like that quote. I've never heard it before.
