I've wondered about a couple things for a long time.
A. Why did several manufacturers at once come up with sweatpants (and other garments designed to cover one's nether regions) with big letters across the back?
B. What kind of person wears them?
and
C. If you are the parent of a daughter, why would you allow your girl to wear a pair of pants that have words on the back? The only male I've ever seen wearing words on his butt is the one in the picture, really.
I've often thought they may as well just make 'em look like this:
i have to agree. what's up with stuff written on your butt? there was a tiny bit of that when i was in hs and college but now its everywhere, for toddlers even. umm, no one needs to look at your toddler's butt, seriously, unless you're asking for trouble.

I've got too much backside to be drawing attention to it, seriously, that would not be very pretty.

maybe it's away for people without a butt to make it look lik they do by calling attention to it? Something I really don't need to do LOL. Too funny!
ReplyDeleteI saw a tshirt once that said something like "stop staring at my shirt".. funny because, well you have to stare to read the words that tell you not to stare... Anyway, I think it would be funny if the ass-writing said, "Stop looking at my butt."

I Love Amy also. I thought I had a chance to meet her a few years ago because we had plans to go to FL for vacation, but because it took them 3 mths to do a 1 day job on my van, I didn't get to go. I was so mad.
ReplyDeleteI want let KB wear them kind of pants. People don't read it, they just look/ and people wonder why when something bad happens to their little girls. (not all cases, but still)
