After my rant of two days ago about Girl Scouts, I'm posting something positive.
Our troop did a flower bulb fundraiser this year. One of the Brownies from my troop came with her mom today to pick up the bulbs she sold. She decided since she was on official Girl Scout business, she would wear her Brownie vest. She is so happy to be in Girl Scouts. She loves what we're doing.
And you know what? Just one thing like this makes me glad I'm still leading.

Ami, I know what you mean the goods and bads with scouts. Except mine deals with Boy scouts, but just the impact we make on the little ones most of the times out ways the bad of the over all scouting organization.
