I spend a lot of money at the grocery store.
One of my shopping trips this fall was expensive enough to get me a free subscription to Good Housekeeping. I'm not much for magazines, but free is a good price, and I often find things in magazines at the dentist's office or doctor's office that I can use for my job or my Girl Scout troop. So I sent in my little coupon for the free subscription. My first copy arrived this afternoon in my mailbox. I haven't been able to pick it up and read it yet because I'm going to have to get some member of my family to rip the cover off. They'll have to wear gloves. "Dr." Phil is on the cover. Recycling him will be one of my happiest times this week. Seriously. God, I need to get out more.
I have a script to Ladies Home Journal and when I recieved an issue with "him" on it, I tossed the whole issue in the trash. I cannot stand him and refuse to read anything with him on the cover.
