It's happened. My teenaged daughter has gone to the dark side. She asked me to help her DYE HER HAIR!!! (When I was her age, the other kids and their parents would have been extremely suspicious about hair dye.)
We used a mousse that doesn't have all those nasty chemicals, and she's so excited. She didn't want me to dye her whole head, just the some streaks and stuff. That's probably a good thing, otherwise it would have taken six bottles of the stuff. She has THICK hair. It doesn't look bad, although she doesn't look like my baby today. Stuff is supposed to be gone in 8 shampoos, so it's not a permanent thing.
Mostly, she just seems so grown up.

Why do they do that?
KK's been asking....no begging..to dye her hair too. She wanted blond streaks through it, then maybe just some color underneath instead, now maybe two tone? She doesn't seem to know exactly what color or style she wants. I told her I don't care becuase it grows out. However, convincing daddy to let her is a whole other story. So, prob won't happen all that soon unless she talks dad into it.
